About This Role
The Community Development Coordinator supports cooperatives and rural projects throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring meaningful participation of beneficiaries and quality reporting back to programme leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Field-based engagement with cooperatives
- Quarterly reporting and case documentation
- Liaise with implementation partners
- Support inclusive participation of vulnerable groups
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development or related field
- 1–3 years of community-based programme experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Willingness to travel to project sites
