About This Role
The M&E Analyst leads measurement frameworks across UNEEP programmes, transforming field data into evidence that informs strategy, learning and donor reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Define KPIs and data collection protocols
- Run quantitative and qualitative impact studies
- Publish annual impact and learning reports
- Maintain BI dashboards across programme portfolios
Requirements
- Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, M&E or related field
- 3–5 years of M&E experience in development
- Strong skills in R, Python, Stata or PowerBI/Tableau
- Experience with mixed-method evaluation
