Field Data Collection and Verification AssistantContract

The Field Data Collection and Verification Assistant ensures that programme data is collected, cleaned and verified to a high standard. The role works closely with monitoring teams, enumerators and community focal points to maintain data quality across multiple programme sites and thematic areas.

• Collect data using surveys, interviews and focus group discussions
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely submission of collected data
• Support use of digital and mobile data collection platforms
• Assist in organising, cleaning and uploading field data
• Support preparation of data summaries and field reports
• Train and supervise enumerators during data collection campaigns
• Triangulate field data with secondary sources and flag inconsistencies

• First-level degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, Information Management or related field
• Familiarity with data collection methodologies and tools (KoBo, ODK, SurveyCTO)
• Willingness to work in field conditions, including remote and rural areas
• Basic skills in Excel; knowledge of R, Python, SPSS or Stata an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity
• Fluency in English; local language proficiency an asset
